What the instant report actually checks, and how the score is built.

No black box. Here's exactly what each of the seven categories looks at, where the data comes from, and how we turn that into a score out of 100.

Seven categories, weighted evenly -- for now.

Each category starts at 100 points and loses points for specific, named problems -- never the other way around, so a site with no detected issues in a category always scores it 100. The seven categories are currently weighted equally (1/7 each) toward the overall score. That's a deliberate starting point, not a final calibration: we haven't run enough real scans yet to know which categories actually predict lost business better than others. Expect these weights to be adjusted as real data comes in, and we'll update this page when they do.

A note on Speed & Performance and Mobile Usability

These two categories run through Google's own PageSpeed Insights tool rather than our own heuristics. If that integration isn't reachable for a given scan, we mark the category "Not available" instead of guessing or showing a fake score -- an honest gap is better than a made-up number.

What the overall number means.

90+
Strong — minor polish only
70+
Solid — a few real gaps
50+
Mixed — several issues likely costing leads
0+
Weak — foundational problems to fix first

The instant report is an automated preliminary scan of your site's public pages -- it doesn't test form submissions, check local search listings, or compare you to competitors. A full dossier adds human review on top of this and covers what the automated scan can't.
