Privacy Policy

W2SA collects the information you choose to submit through our diagnostic intake forms, including contact details, business context, website details, and messages needed to evaluate and respond to your request.

We use this information to provide website diagnostic services, communicate with you, route work through approved operational systems, and improve service quality. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@w2sa.online.

To run our instant report tool, we ask for your name, email, and (optionally) phone number, along with the website address to check. We fetch and scan only that site's publicly available pages -- we do not access anything behind a login. Scan results (scores and findings) are cached for up to 24 hours per domain so repeat scans of the same site return quickly, and are stored to support any follow-on dossier or consult you request. Submitting the form creates a lead in our CRM, with your consent, so a member of the W2SA team can follow up.

What we keep, and for how long

Intake form submissions (business details, contact info, and what you told us is wrong) are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested and to maintain a business record of it, then deleted on a routine basis. Instant-report scan results are cached for up to 24 hours per domain, as above. Paid-order and billing records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Who processes it

Your intake details are routed to Digital Business Repair (DBR), our internal operations system, to create a lead record and (for paid orders) a checkout session -- DBR is the only system through which W2SA handles payments and CRM data. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in to your account, and one from Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm form submissions aren't automated. Our page-view analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies or any browser storage to track you. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email info@w2sa.online. We'll confirm what we can remove and what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
